Setting Up Multiple Web Share Locations

In LXR*TEST 6.0 revisions prior to release 6.0.4, the Projects Window only permitted a single web testing location (per server) be specified in the "Web Server Location" box. Typically, the web testing location was the shared "LXRWeb" folder on the server (see below for example).

Multiple Web Share Locations

In LXR*TEST 6.0.4, the user now has the capability of creating multiple web testing locations on a single server. This feature will be quite useful for instructors in the same department, or in the same school/organization. Now, each instructor can specify a unique web testing location in which to store his/her web-based exams on the server (see below for example).

Now when this biology instructor creates a web-based exam, it will reside in his/her own web share location (see below for example), thus keeping his/her biology exams isolated from his/her colleague's web-based exams.
